I was expecting the designs to feel a little cleaner, but for some reason a lot of the stuff comes off kind of plain or slightly dated. A few of the shirts do look nice, but the colors and fits are hit or miss, especially for the price.

I requested a refund and expected it to take a while, since refunds can sometimes drag on for several business days depending on the company and the payment method. But in this case, it was processed and back to me in about two days, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to keep following up or wonder what was going on, so that made the whole experience easy

I’ll skip the usual glossy product-talk and just say it plainly: these are comfortable, but they fit a little tighter than I expected. Not bad enough to return, but if you’re between sizes, I’d probably size up.

i mean, checking out on lacoste was easy. The site didn’t freeze or make me start over, which is always something I worry about when ordering online. My payment went through quickly, and I got the confirmation email right away. The promo code box was easy to spot too, so overall it was a simple, hassle-free experience.

I tried ordering a polo from lacoste and the payment part was annoying. My card got declined twice, even tho it works totally fine everywhere else. Then I tried PayPal and it just kept loading before kicking me back to the cart with no real explanation. I did finally get the order to go through later, but it took way more time than it should’ve. Not the worst website or anything, but they really need to fix the checkout process.

I usually like Lacoste and was excited when I saw the sale prices, but the promo codes on the site barely worked for me. A bunch of items looked like they’d be discounted, then once I got to checkout, most of them were excluded. It felt a little misleading, and I felt kind of pressured to just buy before the deal disappeared. Not the worst shopping experience, but definitely annoying.

My package ended up arriving late, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. Anyway, it did eventually show up, but the delivery experience could’ve been a lot better

I ordered the green polo and the color looked just like it did in the photos. No surprise shade or weird difference when it showed up, which I appreciated. Happy with how it turned out.

To me, it looks legit, honestly. I wasn’t expecting much maybe, but it seems fine and real enough from what I can tell.

Ordered my usual size and, thank god, it actually fit the way I expected. Sizing can be such a dumb guessing game sometimes, but this one was accurate. Sleeves are maybe a tiny bit long, but nothing ridiculous. Overall, solid fit.

I’ve worn this shirt a handful of times now, maybe 4 or 5, and it feels solid. The fit is good too, not perfect, but I’d say about 8 out of 10 for me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered a few polos and a hoodie from lacoste, i don’t really have much to complain about. The sizing has been mostly consistent for me, I get a Medium and it fits about the same every time, which isn’t always the case with some brands. One of the shirts did feel a little slimmer than the others, but it wasn’t enough for me to make a big issue out of it. Shipping was fine too, so overall I’d give it 4 stars...

I had a good experience ordering from Lacoste. The tracking link came through quickly after I placed my order, and it kept updating all the way through delivery, which was nice because I wasn’t left guessing where my package was. The only small thing I’d say is I always wish these sites gave a little more detail right after checkout, but once the tracking started moving, everything was clear. It showed when the package left, when it was out for delivery, and it arrived exactly on the day it said it would. Overall, simple and hassle-free. I’d order from them again...

i mean, I had to return a polo because it was too big, and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Getting the return label took no time, and my refund came back faster than I expected. No hassle at all, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely order from lacoste.com again

i’m still waiting on my exchange to be processed. it’s been a bit frustrating not having an update yet.

The box looked really nice when it showed up, and the order matched my email receipt, so no issues there. The only downside was that one corner was a bit crushed, which was a little disappointing, but overall it still looked okay.
